    Park at one of two SmartParks located adjacent to the shopping center.

    3rd Avenue & Alder Street Garage - Enter just South of Alder Street on 3rd Avenue or 4th Avenue.
    4th Avenue & Yamhill Street Garage - Enter just South of Yamhill Street on 4th Avenue.

  • $1.50/hour (four hours or less)
  • $4.00/hour up to daily maximum (more than four hours)
  • Daily Maximum Weekdays (5am to 6pm) $ 12.00
  • Daily Maximum Weekend (5am to 6pm) $5.00
  • Evening Maximum Weekday (after 6pm) $4.00
  • Evening Maximum Weekend (after 6pm) $5.00
